Adding Analytics and CRM plugins to the online shop is a powerful move in favor of the sellers. These plugins can provide sellers with valuable insights into their customers’ preferences and needs. Analytics plugins such as Google Analytics provides sellers with data on their website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement. On the other hand, CRM plugins can help sellers manage customer relationships more effectively.

Hotjar

How to Integrate Hotjar?

  • Go to the Windo Dashboard.

  • At the Sidebar Menu, click on Settings.

  • Go to Plugins & Integration.

  • Click on the Hotjar icon or text.

  • Read the steps to integrate the Plugin.

  • Next, click on the Create text.

  • After getting redirected to the Hotjar page, login into your Hotjar account.

  • You can instantly create your account if you don’t have one.

  • Enter your business name and details.

  • Answer some basic questions asked by Hotjar.

  • Copy the given code.

  • Go back to Windo and open Hotjar’s instruction page, click on Connect button and paste the code into the given field. Then, click on the Connect button.

  • The Hotjar plugin will be connected.

  • Once connected, the data will be seen on Hotjar’s Dashboard.

  • You can edit the Plugin details anytime.

  • You can disable or disconnect the Plugin whenever you want & it will not reflect on your store.
