* At the **Navigation Menu**, click on **Settings**.

* Scroll to **Plugins & Integration**.
* Click on the **Crisp icon** or text.

* Read the steps to integrate the Plugin.
* Next, click on the **Create** text.

* After getting redirected to the **Crisp** page, **login** into your *Crisp account.* Or, you can install the app and then **log in**.

* You can instantly create your account if you don’t have one.
* Now, **fill** in the company details.

* **Add** your website icon & color for the chat widget.

* Next, you will see the **code**- copy it.

* Go back to Windo and open Crisp’s instruction page, and click on **Connect** button.

* Paste the code into the given field and click on the **Connect** button.

* The crisp plugin will be connected.
* Once connected, go to your Shop and **refres**h your page. You will be able to see the chat widget. You can try sending a test message and check the same in your Crisp dashboard.
