How to edit or update my products in bulk?
Bulk Export of Products
To make sure you can update your catalog without spending hours, Windo provides you with the advantage of Bulk Export. Using this feature, you can export your products in the form of a CSV file, edit your products and their details, and then upload the file directly to update your catalog instantly. This way, you don’t have to depend on any developer to update your product list.
How to use Bulk Export to update your product catalog?
First, you must log into your Windo website, on a desktop. You can use the Bulk Import & Export feature only on the Web/Desktop version. Next, this is what you need to do:
After logging in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard. Next, click on “Products”, and in the dropdown menu, you will find ‘Products List’, click on it.
On the Product List page, you will find the drop-down close to the “+ Add Product” button on the right side.
Click on the downward arrow to access its dropdown menu, where you will see two options: Bulk Upload Products & Bulk Export.
Select Bulk Export, and it will show you all the instructions on how to export the Products.
After reading the instructions carefully, click on the “Continue” button. You will receive a CSV file in your registered email ID.
You can download the file and make the necessary changes to your product list.
Finally, you can upload the same file using the Bulk Upload option, and your Products will be updated.
This way, you can keep your product list updated without putting in a lot of time and effort!
