How to export orders in bulk?

Export Orders

Keeping a tab on orders is an important part of how to run your business successfully. When you know what kind of orders you are getting in more numbers, it gets easier for you to tweak your inventory accordingly. Likewise, there are many other ways you can analyze your orders and take your business to the next level. This is why Windo allows you to export your orders with a single click. You can download your orders and go through them whenever you want.

How to Export Orders in Bulk?

  • To export orders, go to the Dashboard and click on Orders.

  • On the top-right, you will see the ‘Export Orders’ button.

  • A popup will appear asking for your confirmation to continue.

  • Click on ‘Export’, and the orders in the form of a CSV file will be emailed to you.

You will receive the file in your mail.

  • Click download and once the sheet is downloaded you will find two tabs:

1. Orders

2. Order items

  • In the Orders section, you can see the number of orders placed so far, with details like the number of items, shipping charges, discount coupons, etc.

  • Any order containing more than 1 item will be shown in a format like "product 1 & 5 more". Here, it means a total 6 number of items were placed in that order.

  • You can find these in the Order items section in detail.
