Invoice Builder

Invoices are an efficient way to keep a record of your online store’s income. By generating clear and well-labelled invoices, you can know how much amount your customers owe you. In short, invoices are the backbone of your eCommerce store’s cash flow, business accounting, and inventory tracking. Windo allows you to generate invoice in just a couple of steps. You can also view the generated invoices to analyze how the sales are going on. Plus, Windo also offers easy customization of invoice templates, so that you can fine-tune the format as per your business preferences.

How to generate an invoice?

  • Go to the Dashboard, and click on Orders in the navigation bar.

  • Next, click on the Order you want to generate an invoice for.

  • Once you see the order details, click on ‘Invoice’

  • Fill in the details and then click on the button ‘Generate Invoice’.

  • Once generated, you can View/Share the invoice or even Copy the link of the same.

How to view the generated invoice?

  • Go to the Dashboard, and click on Payments in the navigation bar.

  • Next, click on the third tab ‘Invoices’

  • Here, you can see all the generated invoices as per the Order ID

  • You can also filter the result according to Date and Order ID

How to change the invoice template?

  • Go to the Dashboard, and click on ‘Settings’ in the navigation bar.

  • Scroll down to the Payments section, and click on ‘Invoice’.

  • Choose any template, and click on Apply.

  • You can even customize the templates.

  • Save the changes by clicking on the ‘Save Template’ button.

  • You can also click on ‘View Sample’ to get a preview of the template.
