Testimonials are a great way to provide social proof and credibility to potential customers. Adding testimonials to their online shop can be advantageous for sellers as it gives their customers a reason to trust them and the quality of their products and services. So, add testimonials to your online store on Windo with a few simple steps.

Following are the steps to add TESTIMONIALS to your online store:

• Go to Settings.

• Scroll down to the Shop Website section, and click the Customer Testimonials icon.

• Click on the + Add New Testimonial button.

• You can add either choose text or an image for the testimonial.

• Add the customer's details (Name). You can add other details like customer image, designation, and location as well.

• After adding the details, click on the Save button.

• The added testimonial will be shown in your store.

• You can always edit, disable, or delete the testimonial whenever you want.
