How to add Live Chat and WhatsApp Chat Integration?

Providing top-notch and on-time customer support is essential to ensure customer satisfaction. This is where live chat and WhatsApp chat integration can significantly improve and simplify the customer support aspect of your eCommerce business. Windo allows you to seamlessly integrate a live chat and WhatsApp chat into your online store, and the process is both simple and quick.

To add a live chat feature for your customers, first, go to ‘Settings’ and scroll down to the Shop Website section, where you will see an option for Live Chat settings.

Alternatively, you can search for it in the search field of Settings. Next, this is what you need to do:

  1. Open it and enable the Live Chat option for logged-in customers.

  2. You can also enable it for guest customers who have not logged in and are just visitors.

  3. Next, select the icon according to the device, whether it is desktop or mobile. You can also select the position where you want to display the chat widget on the top and bottom.

If you want to integrate WhatsApp as a live chat, select the WhatsApp icon, and then you will see the text field with your mobile number. If you have not added your mobile number, you can add it and get it verified, and it will start reflecting here when you select the WhatsApp icon.

After making all the changes, click on the ‘Save’ button, and the widget/chat icon will start reflecting on your store.
