Having a robust logistic solution is one of the prerequisites for running an eCommerce business successfully. Delivering orders on time is a major factor in determining customer satisfaction. In Windo, adding a shipping partner to your store is a simple and quick process. You can integrate shipping plugins even if you don’t have any technical knowledge. Currently, there are three major shipping partners whose plugins you can integrate into your Windo online store, and they are- Shiprocket, Shippo, and Pickr.

How to add Shiprocket as your shipping partner?

Shiprocket is a leading shipping partner that offers a hassle-free, end-to-end logistics solution for businesses of all sizes. With a wide network of carriers, automated shipping processes, and affordable rates, Shiprocket helps businesses streamline their shipping operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Let us know how to add Shiprocket as your shipping partner.

If you go to ‘Settings’ under ‘Shipping & Delivery’, the fourth icon you will find is “Shipping Partners”.

Next, you need to select Shiprocket and click on Connect.

You will see two fields: Email and Password.

To get the email and password, log in to your hosting platform (i.e. from where you have purchased the domain). Here is what you need to do:

  1. Once you log in to Shiprocket, you will be redirected to its Dashboard.

  1. From the dashboard, go to “Settings”, and then scroll down to the bottom, where you will find ‘Configure’ under API. Click on it.

  2. Next, click on “+Create an API user”. Now, you need to add your Email ID and password. (Please note- You cannot add the registered email ID from which you have signed up.)

  1. Once you have entered the details, click on “Generate API”, and that’s how the API will be generated.

Now, go to the Windo page, open Shiprocket, add the same Email ID and Password, and click on Connect. That’s it!

As soon as you complete the KYC by Shiprocket, you will start seeing the Windo orders in the Shiprocket Dashboard. If you want to pause the Shiprocket connection, you can disable the toggle switch. You can disconnect the shipping partner anytime you want by clicking on the Disconnect button.
