Adding Analytics and CRM plugins to the online shop is a powerful move in favor of the sellers. These plugins can provide sellers with valuable insights into their customersâ preferences and needs. Analytics plugins such as Google Analytics provides sellers with data on their website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement. On the other hand, CRM plugins can help sellers manage customer relationships more effectively.
1. Mixpanel
How to integrate Mixpanel?
First, login into your Windo account, and it will redirect you to the Dashboard. Next, this is what you need to do:
Click on âSettingsâ and then go to âPlugins & Integrationâ from the Sidebar menu.

Click on the Mixpanel icon or text, and read out all the steps to integrate the plugin.

Next, click on the âCreateâ text, and it will redirect you to the Mixpanel page.
Now, log into your Mixpanel account. Or, you can create your account if you donât have one.

Enter your business and project name.
Select where would you like to store the data.
Select your timezone.

Go to âSettingsâ and click on âSetup Mixpanelâ.

Under the SDK quickstart guide, click on the Javascript button, and copy the code.

Go back to the Windo web app and open Mixpanelâs instruction page. Click on the âConnectâ button and paste the code into the given field and click on the âConnectâ button.

Thatâs it! The Mixpanel plugin is now connected. Once connected, the data will start reflecting on Mixpanelâs Dashboard. You can edit the Plugin details anytime.

You can also disable or disconnect the Plugin whenever you want, and it will not reflect on your Windo store.
