How to Integrate Drift?

  • Go to the Windo Dashboard.

  • In the Navigation Menu, click on Settings.

  • Scroll to Plugins & Integration and click on View All Plugins text.

  • Search for Drift and click on the icon or text.

  • Read the steps to integrate the Plugin.

  • Next, click on the Create text.

  • After getting redirected to the Drift page, login into your Drift account. Or, you can install the app and then log in.

  • If you don’t have an account, create one.

  • Now, you will see dashboard of drift. Go to Settings.

  • Click on the Drift widget,and turn it on.

  • Scroll down, click on Install and now you will see the javascript code to copy; Copy it.

  • Go back to Windo and open Drift’s instruction page, and click on Connect button.

  • Paste the code into the given field and click on the Connect button.

That’s it! Once connected, go to your Shop and refresh the page. You will be able to see the chat widget.

You can try sending a test message and check the same in your Drift dashboard. You can edit the Plugin details anytime. You can disable or disconnect the Plugin whenever you want & it will not reflect on your store.
