Testimonials are a great way to provide social proof and credibility to potential customers. Adding testimonials to their online shop can be advantageous for sellers as it gives their customers a reason to trust them and the quality of their products and services. So, add testimonials to your online store on Windo with a few simple steps.
Following are the steps to add TESTIMONIALS to your online store:
Go to Settings.
Scroll down to the Shop Website section, and click the Customer Testimonials icon.
Click on the + Add New Testimonial button.
You can add either choose text or an image for the testimonial.
Add the customer's details (Name). You can add other details like customer image, designation, and location as well.
After adding the details, click on the Save button.
The added testimonial will be shown in your store.
You can always edit, disable, or delete the testimonial whenever you want.
